New Year, New Start
Well its new year - 2011 and i am tired of being a fatty!!! my goal is to get down to 8 stone!! i have considered 7 stone but will decide when reach 8 stone if want to go the extra stone.
I am not sure how to start my diet but think limiting calories is my best bet.
As i have 6 stone to lose arrgghh yes i am a massive 14 stone i will allow myself 600 calories and then as i lose a stone and a stone closer to goal i will drop 100 calories.
my idea of food plan is
breakfasts - 1/2 cup of porridge, 1x weetabix or 1/2 cup general cereal and skimmed milk. this will be a maximum of 150 calories.
dinners -sandwich on toasted bread, homemade soup, salad or oat biscuits with some fruit. this will be a maximum of 300 calories
teas - 100g 0% yoghurt and 2 tsps splenda - 60 calories and tinned fruit in juice approx 60 cals in portion eg mandarins, peaches, pears. this will be a maximum of 120 calories

120 = 570 calories so under 600 calories.
